Terms of Use for LS24.lv Classified Ads Service

1. Introduction

By submitting an advertisement, the user fully agrees to these Terms of Use and acknowledges that the submitted personal data and contact information will be stored on the LS24.lv website in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Cookies

The LS24.lv website uses cookies that are stored on the user’s device. The site displays third-party advertisements (such as Google) and uses statistical systems that also utilize cookies. Users can delete cookies from their browser at any time.

3. User Identification and Data Processing

To prevent illegal trade of excise goods, controlled substances, weapons, dangerous materials, as well as to ensure compliance with licensed services and financial discipline, LS24.lv administration may request additional information and documents for user and company identification. All documentation is stored in minimal necessary volumes and for the required duration. Data access is strictly limited and monitored.

4. Advertisement Content Requirements

Advertisements will be removed if they violate LS24.lv rules, including but not limited to:

  • Non-compliance with legal requirements, ethical standards, or provision of misleading information.
  • Incomplete or incorrect mandatory fields.
  • Content that does not match the selected category or includes multiple sale items without detailed descriptions.
  • False pricing or hidden additional costs.
  • Inappropriate or misleading photographs.
  • Offering goods or services not available within Latvia.
  • Inserting contact information (phone, email, links) in non-designated fields.
  • Violations of copyright, trademarks, or using aggressive marketing slogans (e.g., "Sale", "Best Price").
  • Prohibited offers related to video chats, sex services, MLM schemes, occult services, donations, etc.
  • Fraudulent content, such as altered mileage, hidden defects, or falsified data.
  • Duplicate or very similar advertisements.
  • Unsolicited advertising, spam, intrusive marketing.
  • Offering items or services without real market value or with absurd content.

5. Advertisement Submission and Management

  • Once submitted, advertisements cannot be edited.
  • Violations of rules result in ad removal and a fee of €1.99 per deleted ad.
  • Each user or company may register only one profile.
  • Ads are published within one hour after payment confirmation.
  • Publication prices depend on the selected category, product price, and duration.
  • All prices on LS24.lv include 21% VAT.

6. Responsibilities

  • If LS24.lv is temporarily unavailable, publication periods are extended accordingly.
  • The user assumes full responsibility for the content of their advertisement and compliance with the law.
  • LS24.lv is not responsible for the content of user advertisements or any resulting consequences.
  • Repeated violations may lead to access restrictions for up to one year.
  • Commercial users have no right to access other users' data without permission.
  • SIA "LS24" processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and does not share it with third parties.

7. Liability

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their posted advertisements. LS24.lv is not liable for any damages caused by users' content, nor for technical interruptions. Violations may result in account restrictions or bans.

8. Terms and Conditions Amendments

8.1. LS24.lv reserves the right to modify, supplement, or revise these Terms of Use at any time, effective from the moment they are published on the website.

8.2. Commercial users will be informed about any changes at least 15 days in advance. Changes will take effect after this period. If technical or commercial adjustments require more time, the effective date may be extended and indicated in the notification.

8.3. Commercial users have the right to terminate the cooperation with LS24.lv before the amendments take effect by notifying in writing. The contract will be terminated within 15 days of the notification.

8.4. Commercial users may waive the notification period by submitting a written statement or providing explicit consent to LS24.lv.
